Our services are designed to improve intake and follow-up processes. While we aim to measurably improve operational performance, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes or marketing results.
User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, ensure that you have appropriate permission to use any customer or contact data shared with us, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to communications, data handling, and the use of automation systems in your jurisdiction.
Payment Terms
Pricing is scope-based and determined after your initial revenue leak audit. Payment terms, schedules, and deliverables are outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided before any paid work begins. There is no fixed public pricing; all engagements are scoped individually based on lead volume, integrations, and automation complexity.
Intellectual Property
SortedBiz retains ownership of all proprietary frameworks, workflows, system architecture, templates, and processes used in service delivery. Client-specific data and content remain the property of the client. Any transfer of intellectual property rights must be agreed to in writing as part of a separate engagement agreement.
Limitation of Liability
SortedBiz provides operational automation tools and consulting services. Results depend on a range of factors including client operations, lead quality, staff responsiveness, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, or lead conversion rates. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered under the applicable service agreement.
Termination
Either party may end services in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, SortedBiz will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning active workflows and will cease access to client systems as agreed.
